Trading Terms

  • Our standard terms are that all services are required to be paid for on the day of service or in full on the day of discharge of the patient from the clinic.  

  • All collections of medications or supplies are required to be paid for at the time of collection.

  • Special orders of medications or products not routinely stocked are required to be paid for before ordering.

  • For all patients requiring extensive procedures or hospital stays such as tick paralysis patients or orthopaedic surgeries for example, we require a deposit of 50% of the total estimated invoice cost up front.

Additional Information for Equine Clients

  • New clients are required to pay a deposit prior to the call out, with the remainder of the invoice paid at the time service, unless prior arrangements have already been made.

  • Payments can be made either over the phone, by card at your property if there is mobile reception or by cash.

  • Existing clients may be able to apply for a 7 day account for their equine invoices.

Payment Options

We can accept the following payment options: credit card, eftpos machine, cash, direct deposit and payments via card over the phone.  We also offer the veterinary payment option of VetPay.
